FLEXING MY POTENTIAL
About Flex Queens
Flexing My Potential is a dynamic workshop designed to empower young ladies ages 15 to 18 as they transition through or prepare for life after high school. The program is especially supported for those who may feel isolated or uncertain about their future paths. Through mentorship, hands-on experience, and a sisterhood support system, participants gain the tools and confidence they need to navigate their personal and professional goals.
Our mission is to provide moral support, motivational interviewing, and a structured development experience that inspires self-belief, resilience, and purposeful direction. Each participant-known as a Flex Queen-will be guided through personalized steps towards success, all while building lasting connections with peers who share similar aspirations and challenges.
